Shane was starved. He lost 12% of his birth weight (we were told 7% was max before it became a concern). We felt terrible that he's lost that much weight - again there was no milk!!!
Finally by the morning, the milk the arrive. The cow is working today!
The nurses also brought her secret weapon out - the nipple shield. Why couldn't she have brought this out earlier?!? It made feeding a whole lot easier.
